Bare Body Boutique wants you to be delighted every time you shop with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
We welcome you to exchange your swimwear for another preferred size in the style you purchased.
If your size is not available, or you would prefer another style, you will be able to use your credit note to re-shop any bikini from the brand you ordered from, with no expiry date.

Bare Body Boutique do not offer refunds and our policy is an Exchange Only Policy Once we receive your return we will issue you with an Electronic Credit Note from the brand you purchased from. this can then be used for you to re-shop your new size. For all exchanges, you must contact our returns department within 7 business days from the date of RECEIVING the item.
If your exchange credit note is of less value than the new item you are purchasing, you will be asked to pay at checkout the difference in price owing. If your exchange coupon is more of value than the new item you are purchasing, please email ( email@example.com) with your order number after you have made your new purchase, so we can issue you with a new coupon for the amount owing to you.
If you ordered multiple bikinis from our store, they could be shipping from seperate locations due to being different brands. If you wish to exchange both bikinis you will need to ship them back to seperate locations.
If you paid for your order using Paypal you may be eligible to claim your return shipping back using their refunded shipping service. You can see more details here.
We cant forsee if any of our bikinis will show body parts through our material, each of our customers body is unique and the bikini may appear different for each person.
Our exchange/refund policy only applies if the below terms are met:
- If you wish to exchange a size or product you must contact our exchange team within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
- Exchanges/Refunds can not be submitted without contacting customer service first (firstname.lastname@example.org)
- To be eligible for an exchange /refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, with tags and hygiene labels still attached. If these terms are not met, your item will be sent back to you.
- Exchanges/returns are not accepted on sale items.
- All clearance items and/or items bought during promotional sales are FINAL SALE and are not redeemable for any type of return.
- Contact our customer service (email@example.com) to receive return request form and shipping address to return your item.
- Bare Body Boutique will not refund the return shipping costs. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Make sure you hold onto your return shipment tracking number
- All return postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the customer. Bare Body Boutique will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to use insurance. The Bare Body will not process returns that have not been approved by our customer service team via email prior. If you paid for your order using Paypal you may be eligible to claim your return shipping back using their refunded shipping service. You can see more details here.
- Include your return request form with your swimwear that is being sent back to Bare Body Boutique.
- Once your return has been received your products will be inspected and your exchange/refund approved or denied. If approved you will receive your exchange credit coupon/refund. Please allow up to 7 -10 business days to receive your confirmation from us from the delivery date.
- if your exchange is denied, your items will be sent back to you.
- Sale items will not be accepted for exchange/refund
