ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Orders within Australia are all EXPRESS POSTED via Australia Post. Australia post advise that orders will arrive within 2-3 Business days

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

USA/CANADA/NZ/MEXICO

All orders are posted via DHL OR Australia Post. Orders will arrive within 2-5 business days if you chose express or between 7-15 business days via Standard Post.  If your order gets stuck in customs, this issue is completely out of our control, please understand there is nothing we can do.

REST OF THE WORLD

Standard shipping can take anywhere from 6 - 14 business days to arrive  ( this service Is not trackable if lost)  whereas express is generally between 2-5 business days depending on the location you are shipping to ( fully trackable) Please understand there is nothing we can do about delays that are not in our control.

HOW DO YOU SHIP?

We ship all orders by mail service. After finishing processing your order, we will send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. After arriving to your country, it will be handled by your country's postal service. So please kindly contact your local post when it arrives at your country for any queries.

WHY DIDN'T MY SHIPMENT COME IN ONE PACKAGE?
We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, Canada, Malaysia and Singapore). Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfilment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. 

 

HANDLING

Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing ( orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Mondays) Once your order is shipped from the warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Once you have your tracking number you may visit the shipping carriers website and enter the tracking number to see the updated shipping status.

Please note* Bare Body Boutique partner with multiple swimwear brands, your order may be shipped out by one of our partners. If you purchase two or more different brands of swimwear from Bare Body Boutique, there is a possibility that all items could be shipped from different locations and will arrive separately.

Bare Body Boutique is not responsible for shipping or other delays which are beyond its control, such as poor weather conditions, acts of god, natural disasters, or customs delays in the recipient country. 

SALE ITEMS

All sale items or items sold during sale periods are final sale only, please take extra care when choosing your preferred size or style. You can see the sizing chart on each products page.

PRE ORDER ITEMS

We are not held liable for any delays in pre order shipments. The pre order shipment date is a general date and can be subject to change. On occasions when will provide a month delivery  in cases where we cannot provide an estimated due to factory productions.
Pre-order items are considered under the same rules as any other purchase's, if you haven't read the description correctly on the products page, you wont be able to cancel this order, however we may be able to edit your pre-order for a different size/style.

Items which are on pre-order will have an estimated time frame for delivery. Due to the pre-sale nature of such transactions, you should expect a potential delay between the purchase of the product and its actual delivery. Delivery times are only estimates and are subject to change without notice. Our customer care team will be in touch should there be any unexpected delays with your order. Standard return policies apply to all pre-orders. Please make yourself fully aware of these conditions prior to placing a pre-order with us.

if you order multiple items with your Pre order, these items will be shipped once the pre order arrives. ** If you need the other items shipped sooner please contact our customer support team so we can arrange this. WRONG ADDRESS, NON RECEIVED ITEMS OR RETURNS

If the item is not received/picked up by the client and sent back to us by the shipping company, the customer will be charged any fees incurred to The Bare Body. The Customer will be charged a second shipping fee to re-send the item.

INTERNATIONAL DUTY AND TAX

Please note that duty, taxes and/or customs fees may apply for international orders. In some cases, the carrier may collect duty or taxes upon delivery. Bare Body Boutique is not responsible for these duties, taxes and/or fees. If these charges are billed to Bare body Boutique by the carrier, we reserve the right to charge your credit card on file without notice.

Orders placed using a credit card with an international billing address will go through a process of fraud verification, which may delay the delivery time of your order. All international orders must have the same billing and shipping address.
